Policies & Client Guidelines

At Cardinal Hydration, your safety, comfort, and experience matter deeply to us. To ensure the highest level of care and respect for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies prior to booking.

Appointments & Scheduling

All services are provided by appointment only. This allows us to dedicate unrushed, personalized care to every client.

Appointments can be scheduled online or by direct contact. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee

  • No-shows may forfeit the service or deposit

  • Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings

This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients.

Medical Clearance & Eligibility

All clients are required to complete a health intake form and undergo a brief video telehealth medical screening prior to receiving services.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may require additional clearance or may make IV therapy or injections inappropriate. Client safety always comes first.

Weight-Loss & GLP-1 Services

Weight-loss and metabolic support services require a medical consultation and ongoing monitoring.

Results vary by individual and are influenced by lifestyle, nutrition, activity level, and consistency. Cardinal Hydration does not guarantee specific weight-loss outcomes and focuses on safe, sustainable support.

Memberships

Memberships are designed for individual use only and are non-transferable.

Monthly services must be used within the membership period unless otherwise specified. Unused services do not roll over unless noted in your membership agreement.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Due to the personalized and medical nature of our services:

  • Services rendered are non-refundable

  • Unused medications or supplies cannot be returned

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, calm, and professional environment. Any behavior that compromises staff safety or the experience of others may result in refusal of service.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Cardinal Hydration follows HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal and medical information. Client information is never shared without consent.
